Leah’s Web site is here. Free Motion Quilting Project is her blog and it is here
Leah has a podcast called Hello My Quilting Friends and you can find it on iTunes or many other podcast feeds. However, she also posts the show notes on her blog but here is a link to her first podcast and you could start listening from the beginning. Here is a link to all of her podcast episodes!
Leah has many videos on her sites about quilting, piecing and creativity. I would encourage you to explore her sites and support her and Josh!
Here is the Goddess quilt that caught my eye when I started following Leah. Her fmq is amazing and her journey in her business was wonderful to watch and read about. Her gallery for free motion videos is amazing and you can find it here. Her generosity for posting free patterns and quilting is something that I always have been deeply appreciative. Her quilted jacket is in the free patterns here and worth looking at!!! By the way, when I started I knew how to stipple and do loops and curls. That sent me looking for more out there and that is when I found Leah.
And for you information, our commonality is so amazing: My family didn’t have TV for several years either and it lead me to keeping my hands busy too! I love to make things and always have.
Here is the mini quilt or block that I sent to Leah for our collaborative project! I am so excited to see how it looks after she quilts it. I did write a tutorial here if you are interested in making an improv quilt.
Thank you Leah for all you do and for taking time to chat with me and the listeners!!!

Leah and Vicki,
I had some downtime today…Not quite up to sitting at my machine and needing some inspiration, so I listened to your podcast. Thank you for your inspiration and energy. Hoping to check out the quilting done on the improv quilt….Excuse the pun…I’m on needles and pins!
