Yesterday my husband asked if we would like to go to Bonner’s. He is into Christmas this year, and wanted to see the lights and decorations. I was surprised and of course, I said yes and we took our son and my MIL. It was a beautiful trip and I am glad that wrestling went late so we could get to Frankemouth after dark  to see all of the lights. I am so glad we went.

I am doing Photo of the day by FatMumSlim. It is way to creatively look at your day and take a picture. I happened to be at the covered bridge in Frankemouth at 8pm that’s what the day one pic is. I also felt that the beautiful Nativity scene represents  day 2 peace and my deep conviction about the true reason for this Christmas season.

Today we ate come birthday cookie/cake. Hmmm, delicious.  My husbands birthday is tomorrow and this weekend was a great way to celebrate!
