
There is nothing I like more in the fall than a good stew. I use this recipe as jumping off point for making a stew. It can be made differently depending on what you have on hand.
The protein is typically ground turkey, hamburger or stew meat. I will also make it with a heaping tablespoon or two of tomato paste. If I have celery and onion I will add it. At the end you could throw in frozen veggies such as peas, corn or mixed vegetables. Today I am going to. Make it and at the end add pan fried Italian sausage that is sliced.
I do like to add salt, pepper , garlic powder and Cajun spice to the intant pot before I cook it.
