Hi Vicki! I had picked a ton of apples off our tree, and this afternoon, I decided to make 2 pies. The apples are small, and it takes a long time to peel and core them. I put on your podcast when I started, and I finished cutting up the last apple just as you finished your podcast. Thanks for keeping me company on what would otherwise be a tedious task.
I followed your vacation on instagram. It sounded really interesting. My hubby and I bought an acreage when we retired 9 years ago. We just realized that we haven’t been away together, other than day trips, since we moved here. We’ve decided that next summer we are going to leave our big garden rest and take a road trip. I’m looking forward to it!
