Saturday Morning coffee .

Good morning and grab a coffee for today’s post. I am in Morgantown, West Virginia taking the most beautiful scenic route home to Michigan. We know there is over 2 feet of snow in the driveway at home and my husband has his work cut out for him to wade up to the garage to get the tractor and snowblower. But until then I am going enjoy the ride home and drink my coffee.

I spent the past two weeks visiting family. First Christmas dinner early with my parents and some family that wasn’t sick at a pre Christmas gathering. Then with our son came home for Christmas and we went to a Bowl game for college football. The drive there was an adventure with the weather but we had a great times.

Then on to Virginia to see our family there.

Mostly we hung out at home and extended Chrismas. Saw the lights at a couple of events and stayed up for new years. And my daughter took me to Mother of Yarns and we bought lovely yarn there to knit some projects!

On the way out of town, we stopped at Halo Inspirations quilt shop and visited with Angel and Micheal ! See the first picture posted today. I made a few purchases and was so inspired to do more sewing and longarming. I am ready to sew the next blocks in the Quilt along! Thanks Angel!

The new year is here and I am doing a year of living Analog with two accounts.

I am looking forward to a year making more memories and living my life off line. And that means the second account a year of making. For the little truths studio there is free printables and they are adorable.

I will continue to blog and post online but I want being on a screen to be more intentional. To be a tool used by me not something that is taking over my free time and being an obsession. Less social media and more living in the present moment.

I have had a great analog life vacation and now to get back to reality. And knitting with amazing yarns, sewing with inspiring fabrics and writing in my journal, and figuring out how I am going to spend my winter months.

more to come on it all as I figure out what this means for me and I start to take on this new year!
