Today is my last workday of the week due to Veteran’s Day. I want to thank all those who have served and who are currently serving in the Military.  Thank you! I am taking my extra day off for a 3 day weekend and quilting. I have a baby quilt I want to long arm. I have 2 paper pieced blocks I am designing that need some redesigning. So far I haven’t worked it out but I will! And I have lesson plans to finish for a Quilt along I am hosting here in January. I am very excited about it!

In 2008, I discovered the fun of the 4 patch Posey, string blocks and I started a cute Santa Applique block that I have to say was really hard! I don’t know if I ever finished it because it was so hard. I should check one day.  I also tried using a bonding agent that was a sprinkle to glue down the pieces and the powder went everywhere all over the piece. Ugh it was a mess .
