I wanted to share some of the quilts I have been working on lately. I did a custom border and a feather in the log cabins.

In this quilt, a paisley border was stitched. Larger curls are in the sampler blocks. I really like how the border is just texture and the curls stand out on the blocks. Swirls are in some blocks if you look closely.

This quilt is one I made with my favorite Tula Pink fabric “Eden.” I did a triple circle in the white and a circular motif in the center. I like it and will try it again on a quilt.

I have 9 quilts in my queue so watch for more fmq around here! I am not going to custom quilt all of them and some of them are quite small mini quilts so there will be a variety of stitches to try out. Practice makes progress as Angela Walters says!
