This week I have been busy fighting a battle and losing with bugs in my house. I have pest control coming today to help get rid of them. It is something I have never had to do but it didn’t get cold enough last winter to kill bugs off or keep them out of the house. They are really disgusting because these are weevils and crawling all over my walls, curtains, furniture, computers, sewing machine … need I go on. Hopefully they will not come in the house anymore after today.

I have been keeping up with the Star of Wonder Mystery Quilt along by Fat Quarter shop and this is week 4, I believe I am cutting white borders and then make a final decision next week when the next clue is released in the mystery

The garden is doing well. It is really blooming. I could spend some time weeding and pulling things out that died to make it more pleasant to the eye however, it’s supposed to be 90 today. Unless I get out there really soon I am thinking it may have to wait.

Watched the Olympic Opening Ceremony last night. I loved it! It was different with it being outdoors, but the song, dance and light shows were very cool. I look forward to the ceremony every Olympics. I hope to be able to watch some of the sports because I really enjoy them.

Off to get some coffee and think of the possibilities of the day,
