My great grandmother had this sewing machine. It has been in my house for years and my mom left it for me when I purchased the house. I always wanted it restored but never knew anyone who could do the job. Well, I was talking to a friend at work because her husband bought an old treadle machine and was restoring it. I didnt think much about this. 

When he was done, he called me saying he was bored and needed a project. I agreed and the pictures show the fantastic results…..who knew things had so much detail back in the day.

Then I bought needles to fit it, threaded it and off it sewed a perfect seam. I had a bit of a learning curve in running the treadle but it’s great! I sewed on some quilt blocks. Awesome.
