This log cabin quilt is stitched with a free motion design I call swirs and pearls. It is pieced by a 91 year old lady. Scrappy heaven! It is so flat, it is pieced by a master. I love the layout she chose to do, too. It is 90 by 90.

I made these hearts for a new quilt charity that is working to give kids who are fighting cancer quilts. I am sending mine off this week. If you would like to participate go here to read more about it and how you can get involved.
