I am so thrilled to have my pattern Arrows featured on Moda Bake Shop! You can go to the Bakeshop and see the pattern so you can make one, too! I took the photos myself and that was the most challenging part of the process. I did have the help of my Dad who is a pro photoshop user and he took my hands and feet out of the photos. Thanks, Dad!

This block was one I was inspired to make last spring during a creative prompt Challenge on my Facebook group My Creative Corner3. I wanted to make the arrow on the diagonal of the block. I thought it would be more interesting than doing one on a straight line setting. I plan on doing another daily challenge in September. I found the daily challenge a great exercise in sparking creativity. The more I do the more ideas I get! Join in and we have a wonderful time.
I hope to see others make this quilt. It is a nice size and you could make it really, really big if you want to. Plus there are bonus blocks, too! I wrote a tutorial on how I quilted this quilt with stipple, ribbon candy and feathers here. I was inspired by Angela Walters for the ribbon candy stitch.
Also, I interviewed Angela Walters on my podcast here, if you are new to the website! Please explore the sidebars for additional social media info and tutorials.
Thanks Moda, I had the most wonderful time making this quilt and writing the pattern!
Quilt on,
