Here is what I have been up to! A little feather quilting , some swirls and a bit of drawing. I like to practice on paper before trying a stitch on a quilt, so the doodling helps a lot!

The sun is out melting our 40 inches of snow obtained in April! I am dreaming of fairy gardens and maybe making a tiny rock garden. I have been watching too many gardening shows recently, I am afraid and I am very inspired!

I have been doing lots of instant gratification projects like using the quilt sandwich practice pieces for the snips buckets  in the video and the phone stand with clip holders. Sometimes I just need a project with a quick finish…. after a while quilting and knitting seem like a very long process and I need to finish something!

Just take a peek on Pinterest or Google and you may find just the pattern that you like. Me, I took the pattern under advisement and then do what I usually do … wing it! 🙂
