I have enjoyed a week of nice sunny weather. The type of week that just feels like summer, slow and just taking your time with everything.

i worked on my tatted edging. Taking the intro to tatting inspired me to try making some lace. I will see it to a tea towel I have.

I stitched on my slow stitched book panels. I need more thread to finish it!

I made bread , found a great recipe online and will definitely make this again!

and I just did the usual routine at home and work.

The last of the summer flowers are blooming and that makes me realize that September is nearly here. The fall will be showing up sooner than I want it to.

I bought the fabric in the left for a class I am taking next week at AQS Grand rapids. The ones on the right are from my stash. I am really excited for the show!

A weekend of leisure and just puttering in my crafty space is all I have planned
