I am in Green Bay, Wisconsin this morning. We drove across the UP yesterday and the trees are starting to turn to the fall colors there. Not much tree color changing at home yet.
We are here for a wedding. The. Drive back home tomorrow. It’s a long drive but a beautiful one. I hope to stop at my favorite cheese shop on the way home.
On the way here our first stop was at the pottery studio to pick up my finished fairy houses! They are adorably wonky and full of character ! Perfect for my houseplant fairy garden that I am building!
This week I stitched on my slow stitch book and I am so close to the assembly part.
I have so many almost finished projects going!
My air dry clay experimenta are coming along, too!
I am finding I enjoy using the air dry clay so we stopped at Michaels and I bought some shaping tools, paint and a couple of small mod podge types for a shiny finish.
I am making progress with my analog life goals. I have been on social media less and off phone a little more. I have been more present in my slow living lifestyle. And I made another workbook to help me along. The link for it is above the first picture in this post.
I was able to see so much on our road trip yesterday. It was sunny, the trees and Lake Michigan were beautiful. We were able to chat about trips across the UP we had made in the past and I was a great day.
I had the idea to tour Lambeau field before the wedding but my Achilles is too painful for a lot of walking. But we drove thru the neighborhood were they have all kinds of decorations and painted their wooden picket fences with Packer themed murals I love it! When I am not rooting for the Lions the Pack is my second fav team!
