I bought this Janome a couple of weeks ago. Straight out of the box it sewed perfectly. I am finding that it sews beautifully through several layers of fabric, if needed. Putting blocks together is much easier, I didn’t realize how worn out my old machine was. This machine is perfect for what I do and it is easy to use. The stitch selection is more than what I will ever use…. I am very happy with my new machine!

I had enough fabric to make 8 blocks in the mini chevron. Ugh, I hoped for 9 so I could do a 3×3 setting. I remembered another purple and green block that I made that was in with my orphan blocks. It looks very nice as a center. Now to decide what to do for the next round. It currently is only 36 inches square.
