Hi Vicki! I don’t usually leave comments but your request for new heart healthy recipes made me think. Try out eMeals! I have used their heart healthy dinner recipes for years. You can scale it to how many in your household ( we are empty nesters so use 2). They plan your week, give you the recipes and even have a shopping list. It’s been so nice and easy. It’s gotten us out of a rut and trying new things. And I think you can get a free trial.
