An update on the Great Granny Squared along. I have shifted gears on the crochet grannies and have decided to use up my oops purchase of the pearle cotton:

I love quilt alongs and stitch alongs because all of the patterns, as well as the fabrics or colored threads, have been planned out for you. I am having a great time making these things!
